We collect account details, uploaded receipts, images and files, item metadata, team and member information, and billing or subscription status so we can provide the service.
We use your data to operate the service, improve features, and generate outputs you request, like extracted item or warranty information and claims packs. Uploaded receipts, images and files may be processed to generate these outputs. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by ProofIQ.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so you should use a strong password and keep access to your email secure.
You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support at generalsupport@proofiq.com.au. For now, this may be handled manually until we add self-serve deletion. Some data may be retained where required for security, billing or legal purposes.
